(a)The administration component is an amount of money that is calculated by adding the State administration subcomponent calculated under subsection (b) of this section and the county administration subcomponent calculated under subsection (c) of this section.
(b)For each quarter of the 2023-2024 State fiscal year, the State administration subcomponent is the product of one million three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,350,000) multiplied by the number of months in that State fiscal quarter in which G.S. 108A-54.3A(24) is effective during any part of the month. For each quarter of the 2024-2025 State fiscal year, the State administration subcomponent is four million one hundred eighty-seven thousand seven hundred dollars ($4,187,700).
