§ 81-9-412 — License Revocation
81-9-412 . License revocation. Upon receipt of a certified copy of the judgment of conviction of any hide dealer or buyer for any violation of this part, the department may revoke the license of such person for 1 year commencing on the date of the licensee's conviction.
