81-9-306 . Penalty for violation. Operation of a rendering or disposal plant or establishment without a license from the department or operation of a rendering or disposal plant or establishment in violation of a restraining order or after revocation of a license constitutes a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $250 for each day of illegal operation.
