50-63-405 . Exemption of insurer from liability. In the absence of fraud or bad faith, the insurer or person who furnished information on its behalf is not subject to liability in any civil action for:
(1)furnishing information as required by 50-63-401 ; or
(2)notifying an appropriate agency of a fire loss as required by 50-63-402 .
