§ 50-63-201 — Cause Of Fire To Be Investigated
50-63-201 . Cause of fire to be investigated. The origin, cause, and circumstances of each fire by which property has been destroyed or damaged shall be investigated to determine the cause and circumstances. The department of justice may superintend and direct the investigation.
