Montana·Title 69 PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 4 UTILITY LINES AND FACILITIES·Part 2 Construction Standards for Utility Lines and Facilities
69-4-204 . Regulation by local government. All ordinances or parts of ordinances of cities and towns in the state in conflict with the national electrical safety code are repealed. No ordinance in conflict with any provisions of the national electrical safety code may be enacted in any city or town in the state, and any such ordinance is void.
