§ 81-20-104 — Civil Liability
81-20-104 . Civil liability. A person, firm, or corporation which violates this part or rules or orders of the department is liable for damages sustained by a person because of the violation. The damages may be recovered by the person in a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
