81-20-103 . Violation. Any person, persons, firm, or corporation violating any provision of 81-20-101 or any rule or order promulgated by authority of the same or who shall obstruct or interfere with the performance of any duty or the exercise of any power hereby conferred shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
