80-10-506 . Preexisting facilities. Any facility in operation prior to the adoption of rules under 80-10-503 that is not in compliance with the rules must be allowed to continue in operation unless the department, after inspection and written notice to the owner or operator, makes a determination that the facility presents a safety hazard to employees, other persons using the facility, or the public.
