80-10-103 . Assessment to fund educational and experimental programs -- collection. Money to fund 80-10-104 through 80-10-106 must be produced by an assessment of 75 cents per ton of fertilizer manufactured in or distributed into Montana. Collections must be made in accordance with procedures in 80-10-207 and payment is the responsibility of the in-state manufacturer or of the supplier if the fertilizer is not manufactured in Montana.
