80-10-105 . Educational and experimental programs.
(1)The moneys provided by 80-10-103 shall be used for comprehensive statewide educational and experimental programs aimed at optimum use of fertilizers for feed and food production.
(2)Major goals are to improve Montana's economy by providing farmers and ranchers the most accurate information possible about fertilizer use and soil management for greatest profits consistent with environmental protection on the many varied soil and climatic conditions of the state.
