80-10-110 . Regulation of commercial fertilizers and soil amendments by political subdivision prohibited.
(1)Except as provided in subsection (2), a political subdivision may not regulate the registration, packaging, labeling, sale, storage, distribution, use, or application of commercial fertilizers or soil amendments. A political subdivision may not adopt or continue in effect any local legislation relating to the registration, packaging, labeling, sale, storage, distribution, use, or application of commercial fertilizers or soil amendments. Local legislation adopted or continued in violation of this section is void and unenforceable.
(2)(a) A political subdivision may enter into a cooperative agreement with the department concerning the use and application of commercial fertilizers or
