80-10-210 . Licensee reports -- confidentiality -- inspection -- failure to file.
(1)Information contained in the reports required by 80-10-207 (3) shall be held confidential by the department. Summary data published by the department shall be in a form that will not disclose details of any operation or business.
(2)The department may inspect and audit, during normal business hours, each licensee's records for the purpose of verifying tonnage reports.
(3)Failure to file an accurate report constitutes a violation of this chapter and may be punished by fine, revocation of license, or both.
