7-1-4203 . Prohibitions -- application.

(1)A political subdivision may not enact, administer, or otherwise require an employer to provide an employee or class of employees with a wage or employment benefit that is not required by state or federal law.
(2)This part does not apply to a political subdivision affecting a wage or employment benefit for an employee or class of employees of that political subdivision.
