10-1-1303 . Fund account -- statutory appropriation.
(1)There is a Montana military family relief fund account in the state special revenue fund provided for in 17-2-102 . All money transferred to the fund by the legislature, all monetary contributions, gifts, and grants donated to the fund, all contributions made to the fund pursuant to 15-30-2392 , and all interest and income earned on money in the account must be deposited into the account.
(2)Money in the account is statutorily appropriated, as provided in 17-7-502 , to the department for the purposes of this part.
