Text

1.  A licensed veterinarian may practice veterinary medicine as an employee of a corporation, partnership or other business organization only so long as the articles of incorporation, partnership agreement or business organization documents clearly state that the licensed veterinarian is not subject to the direction of anyone not licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Missouri in making veterinary medical decisions or judgments. 2.  The provisions of subsection 1 of this section do not apply to:

(1)A veterinarian treating his or her employer's animals;
(2)A veterinarian employed by an agency of the federal or state government or any political subdivision thereof; or
