Text

1.  The board shall:

(1)From its members elect a chairperson and a vice chairperson who shall serve a term of one year, such term to expire as of the end of the first board meeting of each calendar year;
(2)Have at least one business meeting per year. 2.  The chairperson or vice chairperson shall have the authority to call special meetings of the board when such is deemed necessary and provided that sufficient notice is given to the other board members and to the general public pursuant to chapter 610 . 3.  The board may hold special meetings by telephone conference; as provided by chapter 610 . 4.  All board meetings shall be open to the general public except where such meetings, or portions thereof, are required or otherwise authorized to be closed to the public pursuant to chap
