Text

No person, except one holding a permit to operate or maintain a dead animal substation in this state, shall operate or maintain a dead animal substation in this state.  The state veterinarian shall keep a record of all applications for permits, showing all permits issued, denied, revoked, or otherwise disciplined by him, and such other facts as he may prescribe.
