Text
No person, except one holding a permit to transport the bodies of dead animals on public highways of this state, or who is acting for such permittee, or who is otherwise excepted by the provisions of this chapter, shall transport on the highways or public roads of this state the bodies of dead animals without first obtaining a permit for that purpose. The state veterinarian shall keep a record of all applications for permits, showing all permits issued, denied, revoked, or otherwise disciplined by him, and such other facts as he may prescribe.
