Text
The general assembly may appropriate funds for grants to the Missouri humanities council. State funds received pursuant to sections 186.050 to 186.067 shall be used for public humanities programming. State funds shall be distributed to the Missouri humanities council after receipt of the council's annual report of expenses for the prior fiscal year.
