Text

1.No salary or compensation shall be allowed any member of the council.  Actual and necessary expenses incurred by members of the council shall be paid in conformity with regulations applicable to state employees, from any funds which are or may become available for the purpose of this section.
2.The department of economic development shall furnish administrative support and staff as is necessary for the effective operation of the council.
3.The council shall meet at least four times per year at the call of the chairman.
