Text
Notwithstanding provisions of section394.30, subdivision 1, to the contrary, the Dakota County Board of Commissioners may, if it wishes to avail itself of the authority granted by sections394.21to394.37, create a planning advisory commission composed of two appointees from each Dakota County commissioner district. Such appointments shall be annual.
