Text
The assets of the retirement fund may be disbursed only as a distribution of lump-sum retirement benefits, monthly retirement benefits, or individual accounts or for:
(1)administrative expenses of the retirement plan;
(2)investment expenses of the retirement fund;
(3)survivor benefits; and
(4)a transfer of assets under section353G.17.
