Text
A local unit of government may refuse to issue a license or may revoke a license and right to operate issued to a TNC by the local unit of government for a TNC's failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter. Notwithstanding section13.39, the commissioner of labor and industry may provide data collected related to a compliance order issued under section177.27, subdivision 4, to a local unit of government for purposes of a revocation under this section.
