Text
Subdivision 1.Employer.
The employer of court employees is, for purposes of sections179A.01to179A.25, the state court administrator or designated representative.
Subd. 2.State court administrator; duties.
In all negotiations between the state court system and exclusive representatives of court employees, the state court system must be represented by the state court administrator or designated representative. All judges and managerial, confidential, and supervisory personnel of the supreme court, the court of appeals, and the judicial districts that are under section480.181, subdivision 1, paragraph (b), shall cooperate with the designated representative of the state court administrator in conducting negotiations and shall make available any personnel and other resources necessary to enab
