Text
No individual may:
(1)engage in the practice of social work without a social work license under sections148E.055and148E.060, except when the individual is exempt from licensure according to section148E.065;
(2)provide social work services to a client who resides in this state when the individual providing the services is not licensed as a social worker according to sections148E.055to148E.060, except when the individual is exempt from licensure according to section148E.065.
