Subdivision 1.Scope. For the purpose of this chapter, the terms in this section have the meanings given. Subd. 2.Applicant. "Applicant" means a person who submits an application to the board for a new license, a license renewal, a change in license, an inactive license, reactivation of a license, or a voluntary termination. Subd. 3.Application.
