Subdivision 1.Actions.
The board may take disciplinary action according to section148E.260, adversarial but nondisciplinary action according to section148E.265, or voluntary action according to section148E.270. Any action taken under sections148E.260to148E.270is public data.
Subd. 2.Disciplinary action.
For purposes of section148E.260, "disciplinary action" means an action taken by the board against an applicant or licensee that addresses a complaint alleging a violation of a statute or rule the board is empowered to enforce.
Subd. 3.Adversarial but nondisciplinary action.
