Text
Subdivision 1.License wall certificate.
(a)The board must issue a new license wall certificate when the board issues a new license. No fee in addition to the applicable license fee specified in section148E.180is required.
(b)To request a duplicate license wall certificate, the licensee must:
(1)submit a request for another license wall certificate in writing; and
(2)submit the license wall certificate fee specified in section148E.180.
