HIGHWAY ADVERTISING ACT OF 1972 (EXCERPT) Act 106 of 1972 252.310 Permit; exemption. Sec.
10.The owner of a sign allowed under section 13(1)(b) or (c) is not required to obtain a permit for that sign.
