INTER-COUNTY HIGHWAYS, SUPER-HIGHWAYS, AND LIMITED ACCESS HIGHWAYS (EXCERPT) Act 381 of 1925 252.12 Jurisdiction retained by state highway department. Sec.

12.Nothing herein shall be construed to take from the state highway department any jurisdiction that it may have over any state trunk line highway now or hereafter established.
