RELOCATION ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS DISPLACED BY ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY FOR HIGHWAYS (EXCERPT) Act 31 of 1970 252.143 Assistance independent of condemnation. Sec.

3.Relocation and financial assistance allowed under this act are independent of and in addition to compensation for land, buildings or property rights and shall not be the subject of consideration in condemnation proceedings.
