INTER-COUNTY HIGHWAYS, SUPER-HIGHWAYS, AND LIMITED ACCESS HIGHWAYS (EXCERPT) Act 381 of 1925 252.10 Inter-county highway contract; obligations. Sec.
10.After contracting to participate for the purposes hereof, no act or happening shall excuse any county from its obligations hereunder.
