§ 8 §1213 — Persons prohibited from making wagers on sports events
An operator and a management services licensee conducting sports wagering on behalf of an operator may not accept a wager on a sports event from the following persons:
1.Persons under 21 years of age.
A person who has not attained 21 years of age;
2.Sports event participants.
An athlete or individual who participates or officiates in the sports event that is the subject of the wager;
3.Operators and employees.
An operator or management services licensee; directors, officers and employees of an operator or management services licensee; or a relative living in the same household as any of these persons. This subsection does not prohibit a relative living in the same household as a director, officer or employee of an operator or management services licensee from making a sports wager with
