1.Issuance of license. The director shall issue a mobile sports wagering license upon finding that the applicant meets all requirements of this section, sections 1204 and 1205 and rules adopted under this chapter.
2.Eligibility; transfer to wholly owned entity. To be eligible to receive a mobile sports wagering license, an applicant must be a federally recognized Indian tribe in this State. Each federally recognized Indian tribe may receive only one mobile sports wagering license under this section. A mobile sports wagering license may not be transferred or assigned, except that a federally recognized Indian tribe may transfer its mobile sports wagering license to a business entity with a principal place of business in the State that is wholly owned by that federally recognized Indian tr
