1.License required.
A person may not be employed by an operator to be engaged directly in sports wagering-related activities or otherwise to conduct or operate sports wagering without a valid occupational license issued by the director under this section. The director shall issue an occupational license to a person who meets the requirements of this section, section 1204 and section 1205. The director shall by rule establish a process for issuance of occupational licenses that is, as far as possible, identical to the process for licensing employees of a casino under section 1015.
