1.Cause of action and right of review not conferred.
An agency's failure to comply with the requirements of this Act does not:
2.Federal funding requirements.
Nothing in this Act affects, modifies or replaces any tribal collaboration or consultation requirement imposed on or assumed by an agency as a condition of the acceptance of federal funding.
