Text
1.Unlawful interference or denial of rights.
The employer may not interfere with, restrain or deny the exercise of or the attempt to exercise any right provided by this subchapter.
2.Unlawful discrimination against exercise of rights.
The employer may not discharge, fine, suspend, expel, discipline or in any other manner discriminate against any employee for exercising any right provided by this subchapter.
3.Unlawful discrimination against opposition.
The employer may not discharge, fine, suspend, expel, discipline or in any other manner discriminate against any employee for opposing any practice made unlawful by this subchapter.
