§ 26 §839 — Notices of employee protections and obligations (REALLOCATED FROM TITLE 26, SECTION 829)
1.Notice provided; posting.
The Department of Labor shall provide each employer in the State with a notice as provided in this section. Each employer shall prominently post the notice in the employer's place of business so that the employees are informed of their protections and obligations under this subchapter.
2.Contents of notice.
The notice provided by the department shall include:
