Text
1.Employer's duty.
During a strike, an employer may not cancel any policy of group health insurance issued pursuant to Title 24‑A, section 2804 until the employer has first notified insured members that the policy is to be canceled.
2.Notice.
The notice requirement contained in subsection 1 is satisfied if:
