Text
1.Violation.
Any employment agency which violates this subchapter commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each violation may be adjudged.
2.Civil action.
An action may be brought by the injured party, the Attorney General, the Department of Labor or any municipality which has issued a license to the employment agency in accordance with section 612‑A.
