§ 12 §10910 — Operator's license to carry passengers for hire; suspension

1.Suspension.
The commissioner may initiate proceedings in the District Court to suspend the operator's license of an operator of a motorboat carrying passengers for hire under the following conditions:
2.Exception.
This section does not apply to any person who operates a watercraft in connection with a youth camp located in this State and licensed by the Department of Health and Human Services or located in another state and licensed in a similar manner in that state.
