§ 12 §10906 — Violation of suspended or revoked license, permit or registration
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 913 GENERAL LICENSE AND PERMIT PROVISIONS
While a person's license, permit or recreational vehicle registration is under suspension or revocation under this Part, that person may not engage in the particular activity permitted by the license, permit or recreational vehicle registration that has been suspended or revoked.
A person who violates this section commits a Class D crime.
