§ 12 §10907 — Obtaining suspended or revoked license, permit or registration

Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 913 GENERAL LICENSE AND PERMIT PROVISIONS

A person may not obtain or attempt to obtain any license, permit or recreational vehicle registration that has been suspended or revoked by the commissioner under this Part.
A person who violates this section commits a Class D crime.
