Section 15.21. AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL UPON CERTAIN CONVERSIONSA foreign business corporation authorized to transact business in the commonwealth that converts into a domestic nonprofit corporation or any form of domestic filing entity shall be considered to have withdrawn on the effective date of the conversion.
