Section 15.07. REGISTERED OFFICE AND REGISTERED AGENT OF FOREIGN CORPORATIONEach foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the commonwealth shall continuously maintain in the commonwealth:
(1)a registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business; and(2) a registered agent, who may be:
(i)an individual who resides in the commonwealth and whose business office is identical with the registered office;
(ii)a domestic corporation, not-for-profit domestic corporation or domestic limited liability company whose business office is identical with the registered office; or(iii) a foreign corporation, foreign not-for-profit corporation or foreign limited liability company authorized to transact business in the commonwealth whose business office is identical with the r
