§ 65J — Inspection of risks; rules

Section 65J. At any time while a policy issued pursuant to section sixty-five A is in force, the insurer, upon its own initiative, may make a careful inspection of the risk for the purpose of measuring the hazards, making recommendations for the health and safety of employees, and determining the rate or rates which will be adequate and reasonable for its insurance. Every such inspection shall be made and reported in accordance with such rules as the executive office of labor and workforce development may prescribe.
