§ 64J — Delegation of authority by trustees

Section 64J. The Trustees may, except as to the duties imposed on powers granted under section sixty-four H, delegate their authority or any portion thereof to the superintendent of the hospital or any other officer of the hospital whenever in their judgment such delegation may be necessary or desirable.
