Any statutory entity to be terminated by the provisions of R.S. 49:191 may be re-created only in accordance with the procedure established in R.S. 49:193. NOTE: See Acts 2004, No. 477, §2, relative to Act superseding conflicting provisions of R.S. 49:192 and 193.
