§126. Promotional stickers on public vehicles

A.Promotional stickers for the America's WETLAND: Campaign to Save Coastal Louisiana may be placed on any watercraft, aircraft, automobile, truck, or other vehicle belonging to the state, or any agency, board, commission, district, or political subdivision of the state.

B.Every automobile, truck, or other vehicle belonging to the state or any political subdivision of the state, or to any department, board, commission, or agency of any political subdivision of the state shall be required to prominently display the official state anti-litter message issued by the office of environmental services within the Department of Environmental Quality. A. Promotional stickers for the America's WETLAND: Campaign to Save Coastal Louisiana may be placed on any watercraft, aircraft, automobile, truck, or other vehicle belonging to the state, or any agency, board, commission, district, or political subdivision of the state.
B. Every automobile, truck, or other vehicle belonging to the state or any political subdivision of the state, or to any department, board, commission, or agency of any political subdivision of the state shall be required to prominently display the official state anti-litter message issued by the office of environmental services within the Department of Environmental Quality.
